It should be possible by script, but I strongly recommend to do it by hand.
Also it is very interesting for me to increase the version number of CI autoversion
of e.g. plasma-mobile from 0.4~<timestamp> to 0.4+<timestamp>. I would prefer to
have real 0.4 package in between but do not have the time to do it.
