[Bug 310074] lockscreen locks screen when full screen app running(e.g. movie)

It uses time set to turn screen off even after unchecking chechbox to use it.
If I set to lock screen after one minute and disable it, it will turn screen
off after one minute. Sometimes. Sometimes it won't, I haven't found pattern.
To "solve" the problem I can set huge time to lock screen, but it is a bad
solution
