The Activity Container don't refreshs

Hello Listmates,

actually i'm working on a Screencast about using activities.

By tesing some things forehand i've found out a issue with the Containers (for 
Docuemnts, Images and so on).

I've walked the following way:

* creating a new Activity
* Tap on the Add Items Menu (Plus-Symbol) of the Activity.
* Tap on Documents and choosed one PDF
* Closed the menu
* A Documents Container comes up with the PDF
* Open Items Menu again, and choosed another PDF.
* Closed the menu
* The Container now doesn't contains the latest added PDF.
* Its reproducable with all other Containers too.
* Also i've tested it in the Welcome Activity with the same result

After a restart all new PDFs will be shown.

Can anyone reproduce this issue? Tested on a WeTab with BasysKom PA3.
