The location chooser applet is missing inside top bar

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Install and boot
'2012-05-21-16-42-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-mer-usb-live.iso'
2. Take a look on the top bar and search for the icon of the location chooser
applet
Actual Results:
