I managed to fix the case where .doc were not added by upgrading 
libstreamanalyzer to libstreamanalyzer-0.7.7-1.1.Project.KDE.Devel.i586, which
is the one in the image you tested. There must be something else wrong in the
file indexer.

The License.txt comes along with the Jamendo sample songs and if I recall
correctly the license requires us to keep them together.
