Those are more warning than errors. plasma-wallpaper-mobileimage set an empty
list of contextual actions in
plasma-mobile/wallpapers/mobileimage/mobileimage.cpp:

setContextualActions(QList<QAction*>());

One way to prevent this warning is commenting the line "Action=" in
plasma-mobile/wallpapers/mobileimage/plasma-wallpaper-mobileimage.desktop
