Can Plasma Active run on ARM Tablets?

Hi,

My friend joined Teclast Developers,Teclast produces many types of MP3 and
tablets,but all the tablets run Android.I'm wondering if KDE Plasma Acitive
can run on their tablets,such as T760:

I send some pictures from http://kde.org/announcements/plasma-active-one/ to
him and we both think it is wonderful.

But I found nothing about android on the wiki.How should I do with it?
