Code for number wheel widget

yep, its' there ;)
unfortunately that code is still tangled in the date configuration, module, is 
pretty single purpose.

what should be done is to isolate it in a general purpose reusable component, 
so that can be moved in the plasmaextras namescpace.

any takers? ;)
