This is Sage's comment on the bug:
"PackageKit is configured to use connman, I'm not sure if there can be more than
one backends defined or if those can be separated to different subpackages or
something. Anyway there is at least config file that defines the use of connman
and then compile time backend that depends on connman. Need to check if there
is way to separe this so that it would not drag in connman."

Does somebody have an idea how to solve this?
