Opening the Active Web browser results in a black screen (its UI is not
loaded).
Tested on 2012-01-24-12-09-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Tap on the Active Browser icon from the application grid or tap on a
bookmark
2. Observe the display


Expected Results:  
The Active Browser UI should be loaded.
