Hi all,

several things gone in etherpad after the meeting, some of them were expanded
and elaborated on this ml, some are still there.

probably some of them are not considered much important, some are, let's see:

System Integration
     * Basic gestures working well on all platforms (including
a local pinch-to-zoom): in part application level: needs Qt 4.8 to have
stable pinch api, in part system integration, to make multitouch in qt working
     * Getting 3G working on all platforms very important, probably outside
pa3 scope
    * Internationalization: this will eventually come partially, moving
plasma-mobile out of playground will help
    * Screen rotation : not for pa3: can't be done cleanly without wayland

Device shell
     * First boot config wizard effort 2 for the infrastructure, modules:
         * based on the system settings application:, same modules with
prev/next buttons
         * Time/Timezone (current ui should be ok)
         * Wireless (only with the applet?) 4
         * Accounts (when ready, depends from account management)
         * Password device (if wanted)

Media
     * Watching movies
     * Listening to music
    * Taking pictures with web camera
        > kamoso does that already, just make it more touch friendly 1
     * sharing photos to web services
         > kipi can do that

Communications
     * Video calling (somehow make gmail video call work?) (KDE-Telepathy
integration?) +1
     > Ask kde-telepathy guys about this
    * Maps and navigation (GPS)
    > Marble

App management
    * App for updates
    * easy app browsing and installation

Developer Support
    * SDK, good API documenation with examples about how to use components (in
progress)

Enterprise special needs <--- very important, very big task post pa3 probably
    * ownCloud integration would be interesting; tie in with private cloud
    * personal own devices and proprietary cloud bothers corporate IT
    * good use of Activities

That's it, it's still a pretty big list. important points to be
added/reconsidered?

Cheers,
Marco Martin
