A (maybe) stupid idea

Hi,

In order to select several files at the same time, or several elements..... Is it possible to use the finger with a different selection area like in drawing applications happen with cursors ( you can use the mouse for drawing very thin lines to as a brush)?

I mean if it is technically possible to develop this feature for tablets.
