The task switcher only works on first boot. In subsequent boots, it doesn't
show window thumbnails or close buttons which make it a bit hard to
switch/close applications.

Tested on 2012-01-10-09-09-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Flash 2012-01-10-09-09-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live.iso onto
your device
2. Observe the task switcher
3. Reboot
4. Observe the task switcher again


Expected Results:  
The task switcher should display the thumbnails of the running appplications.
