Number Wheel HIG

Hi all,
we have another widget HIG, this time for the Number Wheel. You can find it at

Comments are welcome. Is it clear enough? Is there anything missing? As soon as 
we have a component in the library for this, please add the code to integrate it 
into a GUI in the Code section.
