tasks wiki page update

hi all..

i spend some time today updating this page:

	http://community.kde.org/Plasma/Active/Tasks

it now contains all the tasks proposals made so far for PA3. if there are more 
tasks to be added or if i missed any, let's address that.

also, please update your tasks as you make progress! cheers..
