JJ: fix package building

Hi all,

We are now porting the build of all packages to the KDE/4.10 branches (when 
available), since pa4 will run on the upcoming 4.10 release

A thing that happens in those occasions is that occasionally the build process 
of the packaging breaks, also because on PA kdelibs is built in the mobile 
profile, so if all builds on a desktop build of kdelibs is not a given that 
still builds on the mobile profile.

Since the fixes to do are usually trivial, i figured out that it may be a good 
junior job.
Right now there are two packages not building  due to the use of deprecated 
symbols,
kate:

kdepim:

as a byproduct, something building fine in the mobile  profile, is something 
that will be more easily portable to qt5 ;)
