Whenever I scroll a page, Browser crashes

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Load a website (e.g. www.plasma-active.org)
2. Scroll

Actual Results:  
Crash


I cannot produce a useful backtrace because the package qt-debuginfo is missing
from the repositories
