kde-workspace build error

Hello Listmates,

has anyone seen a similar build error in kde-workspace like this one:

I've seen that the mentioned file isn't available in the KDE 4.9.0 original 
tarball and doesn't in the Project:KDE:Devel package too.

Knows anyone more?
