now doesn't seem possible to kill it so easily anymore and uses packages 
(desktop files are not installed as services because doesn't make sense to 
query them by sycoca)

i think besides removing the screensaver kcm one thing that could be needed to 
be done is to remove the own triggering timer, grace time timer etc. 
(rationale is only the powermanagement service would trigger it, otherwise 
there are two places in which a timeout can be configured)
