When I create or edit an Activity and switch to "locked", nothing changes. I am
not asked to enter a password and the next time I edit the Activity, the switch
is set to "open" again.

Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Edit or create Activity
2. Switch to "locked"
3. Tap "Save changes" / "Create Activity"
Actual Results:  
Activity is created / modified, but it is not private/locked.

Expected Results:  
User is asked for a password for the Activity

Happens with
basyskom-plasma-active-wetab-exopc-tablet-mer-devel-120805-1940.iso
