Active: New patch for kdelibs (for packagers)

Hi all,

There is a new patch for kdelibs that is needed for Active, or to be more 
precise, will be needed.

The branch where the code resides is ivan/solid-fuse-access

It adds the support for FUSE mounts to Solid. It is needed so that Nepomuk can 
see the encrypted activity directories as removable storage.

After this, the only thing remaining to have a propper private activity 
support in Nepomuk is a small patch to the Nepomuk's file indexer.

** There is another thing, Nepomuk will have to be configured to index 
removable drives on PA by default.
