PA OpenEmbedded support (WIP)

I should note that I don't use kdm, currently I boot into the console
and start PA via
xinit /usr/bin/startkde
or
xinit /usr/bin/startactive

I use plasma-contour-config-0.2.13 from ftp.kde.org.
