Plasma active talk for FSCONS in Gothenburg?

uhm, if there isn't anyone, i could take it i guess ;)

given that i'm a bit more far compared to other people and exactly those days 
i had in theory other stuff to do i would reaaaally like somebody takes it, 
but if nobody comes forward i can, yeah
