Just Favorites in the AppStarter?

We've cleaned up the app list and the plasmoid list to only contain some apps, 
see the other threads about blacklists.

If you want to see all apps, do the following:

~/.kde4/share/config/active-blacklistrc

Put this into the file:
---x8---
[blacklist]
apps=
plasmoids=
---x8---

restart plasma-device to have these changes take effect:

$ kquitapp plasma-device
$ plasma-device

If you want to exclude apps, put the names of their .desktop files (without 
the .desktop extension in the apps line, separated by comma.
If you want to exclude certain plasmoids, use their pluginname (plasmoidviewer 
--list), separated by commas.
