The keyboard shorcut for widgets can be configured, though it makes no sense to
show this on a keyboard-less device.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open the configuration for an applet -> there is a page for keyboard shortcuts.


Expected Results:  
There should be no such page.
