The move and close buttons on the keyboard are in temporary placeholder
locations.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Open keyboard and see where the buttons are.


Expected Results:  
Should be in a side panel with "close" at the top and "move" taking up the rest
of the space.
