"Useless" apps are displayed in the application launcher (ie: "Settings" with
no icon).
Tested on 2011-09-21-16-36-meego-plasma-contour-in-progress-usb-live + today's
latest bits.


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
1. Open the application launcher
2. Observe the display


Expected Results:  
"Useless" apps shouldn't be displayed on the application launcher
