In the recommendations overlay only three entries are shown: Plasma Homepage,
KDE homepage and Wikipedia

Opening other web pages or opening/working with documents doesn't effect
recommendations

Start Active
work in various activities with various files/webpages
swipe in recommendations

Actual Results:  
Only the three mentioned entries are shown

Expected Results:  
Recommendations depending on usage
