plasma-mobile branches

yes, it's that time again .. let's play: Dead Branch Identification! :)

here are feature branches currently in plasma-mobile:

  origin/windowedPullDownPanel
  origin/windowedpanel

origin/aseigo/devicecapabilities is still needed as until we move to a KDE 
Workspaces 4.8 based for PA, i can't merge it (it removes the jobs from the 
devicecapabilities DataEngine which are now in the powermanagement DataEngine 
in kde-workspace).

sebas/settings is new, so that seems good too.

can people vouch for the rest of them? thanks..

(in particular, activewebbrowser, adblock, active-development and panel all 
jump out at me as probably defunct)
