on MeeGo Image, running on WeTab, latest image for DevDays:
- big problems by touching and dragging the top bar down
- only after several gestures the top bar is draggable and responses
-> not happening with same image on tegra2 device


Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
- run Plasma Active on MeeGo, on WeTab
- try to pull down the top bar

Actual Results:  
- only reacts at second, third or even less often approach

Expected Results:  
direct and immidiate response
