INFO: New MeeGo Plasma Active "Testing" Live Image is Available

This image contain many changes and updates which can cause new bugs.

So there is a new bug which shows following behaviour:
  Resources cannot be added/removed/changed inside activities at runtime.
  It works, but you need a reboot to get those changes to your activity.
