Desktop or laptop testing: active with cursor

It would be helpful to have this type of information in the Plasma Active forum
http://forum.kde.org/viewforum.php?f=211

IRC assistance has almost no value for users who drop in occasionally.
Too many easy support questions and the core developers will create a
new channel.

It's cumbersome to find useful information from the active mailing
list and its archives. Searching is possible only by downloading
monthly zipped archives.

The wiki is useful for even more permanent and well organized
information. Persistent forum issues can be addressed in the wiki.
