1.0 branched

Hey all,

I've created the Active/1.0 branches in our Git repositories, that means that 
we're now testing a first set of what could become the final Plasma Active 
1.0.

So this means:
- no commits to Active/1.0 for now, this *must* be coordinated with the rest 
  of the team
- master branches are in principle open for new features. As usual, 
  development should happen in branches, but master is now what will become 
  Plasma Active Two in december.

Javier and Maurice are building the tarballs right now and will do a MeeGo 
testing image to verify that everything works. 
The Balsam packages need updating, as the 4.7.2 release just drippled in. That 
will probably take until most of tomorrow.

As we confirm that everything works, we add a 1.0 tag to the respective Git 
repos, and that's that then. :-)

Active/1.0 branches are now available in the following repos:
- kactivities: fb99c56ee149f5dec98ba00597a3472359af75a9
- share-like-connect: 23fe50dd3b511356c0b67f67927af1b3aa16ffda
- contour: 7e96715ebac5d7a74d9867dc3c54b7710dfffb1a
- declarative-plasmoids: e7cd350655ccd7b836440e43dc5aa655bfe6cef5
- plasma-mobile: dbfd0419d206b481bdf5356f406879f602c72dc0

The necessary patches against kdebase-runtime and -workspace 4.7.2 will be 
provided separately to the tarballs.

For kde-artwork-active, I've asked sysadmin for write access to the branches 
subtree, that might take some more time. The important revision is: 1257577.

The plan is to have working tarballs and packages on Friday.
