Loading offline web-copy failt with error messages about connection problems to
local icons. 




Reproducible: Always

Steps to Reproduce:
user at meego# active-webbrowser file:///opt/web-copy/comunity.kde.org/Active.html
or
enter inside active-webbrowser
"file:///opt/web-copy/comunity.kde.org/Active.html"

Actual Results:  
Beginns to load the offline page till a message dialog with e.g. following
message is shown:

/usr/share/icons/oxygen/128x128/status/dialog-warning.png
When connecting to: /usr/share/icons/oxygen/128x128/status/dialog-warning.png

* Check the address ....
....

Expected Results:  
Loading the offline web-cop as expected

 /usr/share/icons/oxygen/128x128/status/* is missing on the system
