The button is now center-aligned. It is not the same as in other input fields
anymore, though and is smaller and thus at least seems like it's harder to hit.

The clear button in other iput fields (e.g. in the app launcher) overlaps the
border as well, though. So I'd suggest to fix the general Active clear button
and put it back in the browser instead of introducing an inconsistency and
leaving it in its ugly state in other places.
