[Bug 287226] Same name for new activities are currently accepted, no validation takes place

the validation is only working from the 3rd activity on. I can create double
activities, with the exact same name. only with the third activity having the
same name, the error message appears.
happens on: 2011-11-28-09-14-basyskom-plasma-active-devel-meego-usb-live

btw: the positioning and font size is not ideal, as it overlaps the window with
(as pointed out by javier)
