that is correct; only when it is 100% and plugged into main power. the idea is
to limit the amount of information that is shown to the user, and in this case
"you're plugged in, you're fully charged, you may as well be using a desktop
computer at this point ;)" is implied. on the desktop, however, you can show
hidden icons, something plasma-device doesn't provide for, so there you can
still get to it.

the easy thing is to just unpug the power cord and it will reappear. we can
discuss if this behaviour should remain, but i would like it to be consistent
across all plasma workspaces.
