yeah, this hjappened with kde-workspace 4.7 (and xrender compositing was quite 
fast on wetab), but now afaik xrender support is not even compiled in the 
mobile profile (oh, and systemsettings is not built as well)

all nice things that make it lighter, but make quite more painful to debug ;)
