Handbook for Plasma Active

Hello mates,

a few weeks ago i've started to create a Plasma Active Handbook. ATM the Book 
is only available in the german Language. 
If you want to help with this book, as translator or editor you can feel 
invited now.
The Source itself are available there:

It's written in Docbook 4.5 and build with daps from the SUSE Documentation 
team.
