Plasma Active webbrowser

Hi all,
to resurrect this outrageously old thread,
i gave it a bit of love and here is how it appears now:

in perfect style with the rest of the plasma active/contour ui

it will be soon moved in the active-applications repository (a sort of 
"playground" if we want ;)

so development will be easier to follow.

also a simple image viewer will pop there shortly.
