mhh, is very very discreet - i think that the change of the color is not even
seen by many users. and how about keeping our first idea and take the contour
logo instead of the arrow. and turn that around from time to time (maybe every
6 sec.). the logo is a half circle, so would fit into the handle... 
but i have to admit, it was a long workday and my brain is a bit tired; maybe i
have to rethink tomorrow ;)
