yes, might be even not be noticed by the user. maybe it would be better using a
brighter color, like orange? 
we decided to not have animation or blinking here because of not irritating the
user.
And if we go with option number 2, highlighting the whole area (window and
arrow)? I know, it would mean duplicating the implementation, but what other
options do we have?
