reproduce: -auf den Desktops drei Widgets legen (als drittes ganz rechts das
zum Shutdown des Rechners mit den Icons für "Rechner sperren",
"Herunterfahren", Suspend to RAM", "Suspend to Disk") -zur
Programmstart/Such-Seite --> eine Übersicht der Bezeichnungen der verschiedenen
Ansichten wäre zum Bugs posten sicher hilfreich wechseln -touch rechts neben
die Symbole

actual result: -trifft man z.B. den Shutdown-Button des unsichtbaren, im
Hintergrund liegenden Widgets, so erscheint der Dialog zum Herunterfahren des
Rechners

expected: -der touch sollte keinen Effekt haben, oder wie von mir schon in den
Verbesserungsvorschlägen gepostet, dazu führen, eine Gliederungsebene noch oben
zu gelangen.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
1. add three widgets to active applet strip (as the third put shutdown-widget
with "lock", "shutdown", "Suspend to RAM", "Suspend to Disk")
2. wipe to the search and launcher page
3. touch on empty space right to the displayed symbols where one expect the
"shutdown"-button of the beneath shutdown-widget

Actual Results:  
shutdown dialogue pops up

Expected Results:  
nothing happens

same happens on touching empty space of one activity applet strips and there
are touchable symbol on another activity applet strip
