Bangarang 2.1 tagging

Bangarang 2.1 stable is being tagged for release tonight shortly after
22:00PST.  Sorry I've cut it so close to the PA2 release, but I was
hoping to get a couple last minute bugfixes and translations in.  If
screenshots for release docs are needed before then, the current
snapshot should be fine (in fact touch related UI improvements have
been pretty much set for a couple weeks).  A source tarball will also
be available shortly after tagging.

If there's anything I can do before then please let me know (I have my
eye on that Google Code-In doc already.) :-)
