We still need to change ~/.kde/share/config/emaildefaults to configure
kmail-mobile as the default mail client (kmail is the default). We need to
change the line

EmailClient=

to

EmailClient=kmail-mobile -t %t -s %s -c %c -b %b -B %B -A %A
