Martin, Marco and myself have been working on it. i finished the bits needed in
plasma-device, Martin is either nearly done or already done the kwin parts, and
then Marco has one small integration task left and it is done.

should be completed in the next day or two. it's a big change (from a plasmoid
directing a kwin effect to a plain kwin effect) but the right one ..
