New Branches done

Hello Mates,

just as information. I've created three Branch Changes for:
* kdebase4-runtime
* kdebase4-workspace
* kdelibs4

The both first packages are building fine. All of our "old" Changes are merged 
with the new branch. kdelibs4 is blocked by a conflict in K:R:47. But if that 
is fixed, it should run fine.

TODO:
* kdepim4

kdepim4-runtime already points to K:R:47
