with  the new upgrade of wikitolearn to the latest mediawiki version<br>
there were some problem<br>
with the new layout of the user's notifications. I have just pushed a<br>
hotifx to restore the button<br>
of the notification (the one with the bell) on its original position.<br>
Furthermore, there will be another button that gets visible when user<br>
receives messages.<br>
i need your help to try and use it a little bit to understand better<br>
what should be fixed and improved.<br>
