konqueror (4.11.3) on KDE Platform 4.11.3 using Qt 4.8.5

- What I was doing when the application crashed:

While trying to navigate to bugs.kde.org, Konqueror crashed before displaying
any information. This happens when initially starting Konqueror  or using a new
tab. The screeen that appears after the crash references a segmentation fault.
