See attached screenshot comparing Konq+kwebkitpart 1.2.0 and Firefox 7.  The
fields that should optionally show depending on the type of resolution are all
shown at once.

Reproducible: Didn't try

Steps to Reproduce:
Edit a bug at bugzilla.novell.com at least, will check with bugs.kde.org


Expected Results:  
some form elements should be hidden.
